Warranty & Support

KudozTech warrants to the end user customer of its products specified below that its products are free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, KudozTech at its option will, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by KudozTech on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new set.

This limited warranty covers only repair or replacement for defective Kudoz products, as provided above. KudozTech is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any misuse of Kudoz products and, or any human error on servicing or installing (except by KudozTech Certified Technician).

This limited warranty applies only to the original end user customer of the product for so long as the end user customer owns the product. This limited warranty is non-transferable.

Product Warranty Period
Machine: 6 -24 months for service or parts & labour exclude transportation.
Power Adapter: 6 months
